This polishing slurry can be used to polish conductive and insulating materials, and is particularly well suited for polishing oxide materials as well as metals.

Zox N is an aqueous zirconium oxide slurry used in precision polishing of soft crystals, IR filters, camera lenses and final polish on BK-7 products.  Manufacturing processes ensure precise particle shape and distribution as well as very good particle suspension.
