Salem Fabrication Supplies Welcomes Robert Guerin as Regional Account Manager for Pacific Northwest and Western Canada

Salem Fabrication Supplies, a division of Salem Fabrication Technologies Group, Inc. (SFTG), announced the hiring of Robert Guerin as Regional Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest United States and Western Canada. In his new role, Guerin will support customers throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, and Western Canada, providing technical sales support and consultative solutions for glass fabrication tooling, machinery, and supplies.

Guerin brings more than 30 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry, with a background spanning fabrication, service, installation, technical sales, and business ownership. He began his career at Lyndale Glass, advancing from temporary laborer into store management and sales roles before joining Goldfinch Brothers as Service Manager, where he specialized in technical sales support and troubleshooting installation and service-related challenges.

In 2013, Guerin founded Wenatchee Valley Glass and later expanded operations through the acquisition of Chelan Glass and Door. Under his leadership, the companies developed a strong regional presence specializing in shower doors, mirrors, and custom fabrication services. Both operations were successfully sold in 2023.

An AAMA Certified Installer, Guerin has extensive experience in fabrication processes and specialty glazing applications. He also served on the board of Building North Central Washington from approximately 2020 through 2023.

Based in Cashmere, Washington, Guerin enjoys home remodeling projects, computer coding, and whitewater rafting. He also holds certifications in Wilderness First Aid and Swiftwater Rescue Technician training.
