Salem Fabrication Supplies Welcomes Jeremy Williams as Regional Account Manager for South Central U.S.

Salem Fabrication Supplies, a division of Salem Fabrication Technologies Group, Inc. (SFTG), is pleased to announce the addition of Jeremy Williams as Regional Account Manager for the South Central United States, covering Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.

Williams brings a strong technical foundation and diverse industrial sales experience to the Salem team.  He earned a degree in Electronics Engineering from Texas Southern University, where he was also a member of the university’s baseball program.

He began his career in the oil and gas industry, serving as a Reservoir Evaluation Wireline Field Engineer focused on downstream operations.  He later transitioned into the water treatment sector, spending seven years as a Water Treatment Sales Engineer with Nalco, an Ecolab company, where he developed a strong background in process optimization and customer-focused solutions.

Williams later expanded his experience into industrial equipment and controls, serving as a Regional Sales Manager with Heat Source, where he specialized in electric heaters, sensors, and control systems.  Most recently, he worked in wastewater treatment chemical sales with Redeye Chems, focusing on coagulants and flocculants.

“Jeremy brings the kind of real-world, process-driven experience that aligns directly with how we support our customers,” said Ed Robles, Vice President of Sales.  “He understands how operations run, where inefficiencies occur, and how to apply the right solution.  That perspective is critical as we continue to help fabricators improve performance, consistency, and throughput.”

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Williams is now based in Dallas and will support customers throughout the South Central region.  He is looking forward to applying his experience to the glass industry and working closely with fabricators and glaziers to improve day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, Williams enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, attending sporting events and concerts, and following his favorite teams, including the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Mavericks.  He also values spending time with his family.
