Organizational Announcement – Scott Poland

Scott Poland Promoted to Vice President of Technical Operations at HHH Equipment Resources

Salem Fabrication Technologies Group (SFTG) is pleased to announce the promotion of Scott Poland to Vice President of Technical Operations for HHH Equipment Resources, a division of Salem Fabrication Technologies Group.

Scott brings more than 12 years of experience in the glass fabrication industry, including 10 years of dedicated service with HHH and SFTG, where he has advanced through a series of increasingly senior technical and leadership roles.

He joined the organization in December 2015 as a field service technician, working directly in fabrication facilities to install, service, and optimize glass processing machinery. In November 2020, he was promoted to senior lead field service technician, becoming a trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams while mentoring technicians and supporting complex equipment installations. He later served as director of technical operations, where he led service strategy, technical support, and operational improvement efforts across the organization. In 2026, as Vice President of Technical Operations, Scott steps into the role of overseeing technical operations, field service strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives as a member of the executive team.

Prior to joining Salem, Scott gained industry experience with Sigco and Glaston, further strengthening his foundation in glass processing technology and equipment support.

Scott’s experience in the field gives him a rare and valuable perspective,” said Dan Reinhart, CEO of Salem Fabrication Technologies Group. “He understands our customers’ challenges firsthand, and his leadership will strengthen HHH’s technical operations as fabrication environments continue to evolve.

Scott shared, “Having started my journey with this company in the field in 2015, I have a deep appreciation for the technical complexities our team handles every day. As vice president of technical operations, my goal is to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and the practical reality of glass processing, ensuring our technicians have the best tools and support in the industry.

Scott position is crucial in advancing HHH’s robotics and smart automation initiatives supporting the continued expansion of integrated fabrication solutions designed to improve throughput, safety, consistency, and long-term performance for glass fabricators.

Originally from Maine, Scott now resides in New Hampshire with his wife, Kara, and their two children, Aubrey and Thomas.

Scott’s promotion reflects Salem Fabrication Technologies Group’s continued investment in technical leadership, operational excellence, and long-term customer support. His progression from the field into executive leadership underscores SFTG’s commitment to developing talent from within and maintaining a hands-on, experience-driven approach to serving glass fabricators across North America.
