Organizational Announcement - Micah Clodgo

Salem Fabrication Technologies Group is delighted to announce the well-deserved promotion of Micah Clodgo to the position of Eastern Regional Sales Director within the Salem Fabrication Supplies division.

Embarking on his Salem journey back in 2006, Clodgo started in the warehouse—filling pick-tickets and packing customer orders. Climbing the ranks, he transitioned to inside sales, managing international accounts. The role of Regional Account Manager followed, proving, as he says, “ to be one of the most challenging and rewarding opportunities”. Now, after 18 years of consistently achieving success and skillfully nurturing customer relationships, Clodgo steps into the position of Eastern Regional Sales Director leading a team focused on empathy, positive interactions, and trusted consultancy. His territory covers the entire east coast to Mississippi, Tennessee, and north through Eastern Canada.

Clodgo states: “My gratitude for Salem runs deep. From the warehouse to this latest role, each opportunity has been a stepping stone, and I'll never forget or take them for granted. The genuine ESOP culture and the belief that hard work pays off are tangible realities here. It's a testament to never giving up.”

In his downtime, family takes precedence. Whether basking at the beach, hiking, or cherishing every moment, Clodgo has learned that tomorrow is never promised. Hence, his determination to live each day to the fullest. “Family remains at the core, and I've embraced the importance of doing something spiritual, mental, and physical every day—a tribute to my journey and a commitment to living in the present.”
