Organizational Announcement - Ben Abney

Salem Fabrication Technologies Group is thrilled to announce a game-changing addition to our Salem Fabrication Supplies field sales team—Ben Abney, stepping into the role of Mid-Atlantic Regional Account Manager.  Over the past 5 years, Ben has been a driving force in our inside sales and service department, elevating our service and support standards for customers across the US and Canada.

Now, entering the dynamic realm of field sales, Ben will leverage his wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to cater to existing customers' tooling, supplies, material handling, and machinery needs while expanding our footprint across the Mid-Atlantic region, spanning from Maryland to South Carolina.

With a profound and diverse understanding of glass manufacturing and fabrication, Ben's 13-year industry journey has been centered in Winston-Salem, NC.  His expertise ranges from precision cutting and edging and installing glass to collaborative work with both US and international vendors.  Ben's unwavering loyalty and dedication to Salem have not only reflected in his contributions to the inside sales team but have also earned him team leadership roles within the company.

Ben's approach of being "hands on" and always ready to assist showcases his training, knowledge, and experience, making him an invaluable asset for both current and prospective customers.  Beyond business hours, Ben's commitment to improvement extends to his personal life.  Whether designing a new chicken coop or deciding which tree needs to be taken down, his off-hours are as action-packed as his workdays.

Adding a touch of fun to his life, Ben enjoys turning up the music and engaging in basketball games with his two boys.  When not on the court, he embraces quality family time, attempting to outwit them in a challenging card game.  Join us in extending our heartfelt congratulations to Ben and wishing him the very best in his exciting new role.
