75 x 37 x 9ah Polishing Cup Wheel with Aluminum Plate, 9R 120 Grit, Arris

Manufactured with a metal, plastic or a composite mounting plate bonded to a ring-shaped composition wheel to form a cup configuration, this type of wheel is used for grinding bevels as well as flat edges using their "face" surface to exclusively polish flat areas.  This configuration maximizes wheel life by exposing the maximum polishing wheel surface area to the glass.  The alignment also greatly reduces the need for retruing and increases the processing capabilities of a wider range of glass thickness.
