150 x 40 x 90ah Stonedge 10 Cerium Polishing Cup Wheel with Inserts

The latest generation of cerium impregnated composition wheels are capable of producing edge finishes comparable to those produced with felt wheels and cerium oxide.  The Salem Vero and the Salem Status cerium composition are available in configurations to fit most production edging machines.

Optimum polishing results can be achieved using cerium oxide slurries and felts or composition wheels.  Cup wheels are used for grinding bevels and flat edges.  The cup wheel configuration allows for total grinding surface contact with the glass surface.  The alignment greatly reduces the need for retruing and increases the processing capabilities of a wider range of glass thickness.
